Our Design Service

Files are recommended to be supplied in a PDF format.
Please check the following when you create your PDF (all programs)

1. Artwork is high resolution (300dpi)
2. All images are embedded and fonts either embedded or converted to paths (outlined).
3. The job contains no RGB images.
4. The job contains the correct number of colours to print.
5. Bleed is set to a minimum of 3mm on all edges where bleed is required.
6. All text and logos are 5mm away from the trim edge, unless they are intended to run into the bleed.
7. Folded items are supplied as spreads to view.
8. Multi page documents are supplied in single pages and in page order.
9. All documents have crop marks.
10. With each file name including the finished dimensions and a description. (eg. "3m x 1m Description.pdf")

1. Low Resolution: Images or graphics that are low resolution may appear pixelated or blurry when printed.
2. Incorrect Color Mode: Artwork intended for print should typically be in CMYK colour mode, Failing to convert to the appropriate colour mode can result in colour inconsistencies.
3. Missing Bleed: Bleed is the area beyond the edge of the final trimmed document that ensures no white edges after trimming. Lack of bleed can lead to unwanted white borders.
4. Incorrect Fonts: If the fonts used in the artwork are not embedded or turned to outlines, they may be substituted during printing, altering the intended design.
5. Incorrect Size: Artwork provided at the wrong dimensions may need to be resized or cropped, potentially affecting the composition and quality of the final print.
6. Improper File Format: Using incompatible or unsupported file formats can lead to issues with printing, as not all file types are suitable for high-quality print production. (Accepted format: PDF)

2. Quote Confirmation:
The studio will promptly respond with a detailed quote for the required work, tailored to your specifications.

3. Approval to Proceed and Payment:
Upon receiving the quote and ensuring it aligns with your budget and expectations, purchase the required credits and give the studio the go-ahead to commence the design work.

4. Proof Presentation:
Upon confirmation of payment, the studio will provide you with proofs of the design work for your review and feedback. This stage ensures that the final product meets your vision.

5. Finalisation :
Once you're satisfied with the proofs, sign off on the artwork, confirming your approval for production.

6. Production and Dispatch:
The studio will process your job into production. Upon completion, it will be dispatched to the provided address.

7. Receiving Your Job:
Finally, you'll receive your printed job, fulfilling your needs. Hopefully, with the satisfaction of a job well done, you'll greet it with a big smile!
